Data Deletion

CreatorOS is operated by okan. You can remove your data at any time — there is no waiting period, no retention copy, and no need to ask us first.
Delete it yourself, immediately
- Sign in to CreatorOS.
- Open Setup.
- Click Disconnect.
This deletes your Instagram access token and connected-account record straight away. We stop receiving webhooks for your account the moment it is gone.
Revoke from Instagram instead
You can also cut access off from Instagram’s side, without signing in here: Settings and privacy → Apps and websites → CreatorOS → Remove.
Request full deletion
To erase everything — account, products, uploaded files, conversations, customers and orders — email amangoel300@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my data. We action these within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your Instagram access token and cached profile.
- Products, uploaded files, and knowledge-base entries.
- Automations, trigger history, conversations, messages and customer records.
- Orders — except where we are legally required to retain a record of a transaction.
One thing we cannot delete. Messages already delivered to a customer live in that person’s Instagram inbox, not on our servers. Deleting your CreatorOS data does not retract messages that have already been sent.
