Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of CreatorOS, a product operated by okan. Using the product means you accept them. “We” means okan throughout.
What the service does
CreatorOS sends automated public replies and direct messages on the Instagram account you connect. You choose which posts are watched, which comments qualify, and exactly what gets sent. Nothing is sent that you did not configure.
Your responsibilities
- You must own, or be authorised to manage, the Instagram account you connect.
- You are responsible for the content of the messages your automations send, and for the products you sell through them.
- You must comply with Instagram’s Platform Terms and Community Guidelines. Using CreatorOS to send unsolicited, misleading or bulk unsolicited messages is not permitted and will get your account suspended — by us or by Meta.
- You must not use the service for anything illegal, or to sell anything you do not have the right to sell.
Availability
CreatorOS depends on Meta’s APIs, which we do not control. We cannot guarantee delivery of any individual message. In particular, Instagram only permits free-form messages within 24 hours of a person contacting you, and may rate-limit or block messages at its own discretion.
No revenue guarantee. Nothing in this product is a promise of sales. Any figures shown on our marketing pages are illustrative calculations based on inputs you provide, not projections of your results.
Payments
Payments for products you sell are processed by Razorpay and settle to your own Razorpay account. We do not hold your funds and we are not a party to the sale. Refunds, chargebacks and tax obligations are between you and your customer.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload — products, files, knowledge-base answers and message templates. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and deliver it to the customers you sell to.
Ending it
You may disconnect and delete your data at any time; see data deletion. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or Meta’s platform policies.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the product or from any platform change or outage outside our control.
